Are you interested in joining our group classes?
We want you to have the best start possible on your new fitness journey. So that is why we created the 100-day challenge. We highly suggest that all our students complete the 100-day challenge along with group classes. The 100-day challenge runs year-around, so you can start at any time.
What you get in the 100-day challenge:
Unlimited group classes for 100 days
Daily challenges and workouts for when you are unable to attend class (though attending class is highly recommend to get the best results)
Nutrition guide and videos
Custome Calories and Macro
Mindset videos and worksheets
10-week sugar rehab program
Weekly sample of a meal plan with recipes and grocery-shopping list
Online and in-person accountability
Bi-weekly check-ins and weigh-in (we are also able to do measurements)
Weekly online check-in form
About our group classes:
Our Group classes are beginner-friendly and can be modified to suit any fitness level. We offer 15 classes a week, which can include cardio, full, upper, and lower body, and yoga. All classes include warm-up and cool-down and last about an hour.
Cost of the 100-Day Challenge: $325
Once you have completed the 100-day challenge and ready to contiune, we have a few options for you:
10-class punch card: $80
15-class punch card: $130
Unlimited monthly classes: $95
Costume Calories/marco settings with meeting: $15 per time
Prices are subject to change
Personal training clients get unlimited monthly group classes with their program
Class Schedule:
Mondays and Fridays
9:30 am, 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm
Tuesdays, Thursdays
6:30 am, 9:30 am, 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm
Sundays (Yoga) 6:00pm
