Group Classes:

Our Group classes are beginner-friendly and can be modified to suit any fitness level. We offer 11 classes a week, which can include cardio, full, upper, and lower body, and mobility. All classes include warm-up and cool-down and last about an hour.

To get the most out of our program and classes, most students start out in our 12-week challenge. For more information click on the link.

We offer many types of group class packages!

10 class punch card: $80

15 class punch card: $130

Unlimited monthly classes: $85 (includes one check-in)

Unlimited Monthly Classes with accountability: $115 per month

Prices are subject to change

Personal training clients get unlimited monthly group classes with their program

Class Schedule:

Mondays and Fridays
9:30 am, 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm

Tuesdays, Thursdays
6:30 am, 9:30 am, 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm
Sundays (Yoga) 6:00pm
